The Inch Hotel Yard Restaurant
The Yard Restaurant has recently been awarded its first AA Rosette for Culinary Excellence - further assurance of the high standards to be expected when dining at The Inch.
For a Chef, Scotland has the best ingredients already on its doorstep! Scotland is home to some of the world’s finest fish, meat, game and vegetables. We don’t need to go far from Loch Ness to get the best freshest tasty bits for our larder and we simply treat them all with respect.
What’s more with around 90% of what we serve coming from Scotland, I know exactly who produced what and how it was grown, raised or made. I’m also working with local suppliers to help us choose the best ingredients for each time of year. Each day I find something amazing for the kitchen team to work with.
Good food has been a major factor in the success of The Inch, but with an added ingredient. The service and quality delivered by my front of house team. Together, we’re here to ensure that you are treated to good old-fashioned hospitality. The Loch Ness restaurant is the sort of place where you should feel as relaxed and comfortable as you do in your own home.
We don’t play with our food; our philosophy is to get simple flavours, classic desserts and award winning cheeses to the customers who appreciate it that way.
